During last few years countries of the South-Eastern Europe have been undergoing significant positive changes in the real estate development. Every market of each particular country is individual, but there are certain mutual or comparable characteristics that compose the common identity of the whole region. Each of the particular country will be represented by an expert from that country. We anticipate arrivals of experts from Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia. A large number of renowned and distinguished local and international speakers will be invited to the Conference. We hold strong belief that at least 500 local and international businessmen and real estate experts will be present at the Conference. Conference languages are Croatian and English. The speakers will be presenting, at their own choice in English or Croatian language including simultaneous translation to the other language. The participants of the Conference can ask questions in any of the two mentioned languages.
The Third Annual International Conference on the Real Estate Market in Croatia was held on May 8 and 9, 2007 in the Westin Zagreb Hotel. More than 500 people from 14 countries took part: Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA. Participants included local and foreign developers, investors, bankers, representatives of a variety of government bodies, architects, urban planners and other designers, professionals in the field of construction, real estate, legal and advisory services and experts were also present.
