• MANAGEMENT

NIS Ltd has two members of the Management Board, both graduated in economics. Zlatan Kovacevic has extensive experience in tourism and real estate trade, which resulted with numerous domestic and international business contacts. Being a CEO, he is in charge of the larger projects and investors relations. Ivo Perkovic, certified agent, was working for Deloitte financial audit and as a sales consultant in DPC, part of the Savills network. Ivo is now conducting foreign sales and advisory services. NIS Ltd. has two permanent associates in charge of domestic market.


• ACTIVITIES

NIS Ltd is a real estate firm registered with the Commerce court in Split in 1993, reg. nr. 060002740. Property sales and consulting are our core activities. Company is also registered to provide services such as accreditation of domestic & foreign companies, commercial trade, tourism, project management, consulting, operative assistance to other firms (public services) and PR.


• ADVANTAGES

In the colourfull offer of the real estate agencies, we have specialised our business in construction land, touristic resorts and holiday apartments in central Dalmatia. Client-oriented and professional approach is our greatest strength. In accordance with professional responsibility and quality of service that must be provided to our clients, the company cooperates with attorney office and certified accountant, ensuring that all of our properties have flawlessly clean papers. This way of conducting business is particulary interesting to our foreign investors who can get all the information in one place.


• CO-OPERATION

We would like to invite other real estate agencies interested in fair business cooperation to make a contact with us. We wish to establish mutual partnership toward faster and effective sales service to our clients within the areas out of our reach. Likewise, we expect to help you the same way. At the moment we are putting an effort in establishing partnership with foreign property brokers, particulary in Europe. NIS Ltd. has already been working with some well known Croatian companies i.e. Cestar, Ecosys, Dalmacija Holiday, Henley & Partners, Strategija, Plavi Studio, Produkcija 004, SH Holding etc.
