• MANAGEMENT
NIS Ltd has two members of the Management Board, both graduated in economics. Zlatan Kovacevic has extensive experience in tourism and real estate trade, which resulted with numerous domestic and international business contacts. Being a CEO, he is in charge of the larger projects and investors relations. Ivo Perkovic, certified agent, was working for Deloitte financial audit and as a sales consultant in DPC, part of the Savills network. Ivo is now conducting foreign sales and advisory services.
• ACTIVITIES
NIS Ltd is a real estate firm registered with the Commerce court in Split in 1993, reg. nr. 060002740. Property sales and consulting are our core activities. Company is also registered to provide services such as accreditation of domestic & foreign companies, commercial trade, tourism, project management, consulting, operative assistance to other firms (public services) and PR.
• ADVANTAGES
Client-oriented approach is our greatest strength. In accordance with professional responsibility and quality of service that must be provided to our clients, the company cooperates with attorneys office. This way of conducting business is interesting to the foreign investors, looking for reliable agency while buying a property in Croatia.
