• BUYERS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Establishing relationship with the buyer is essential in property business. An agent needs to put himself in clients shoes in order to give his best in finding the right property. This is the point in which we will prove our skills and competence at its best. Our clients are obliged to sign the Representation contract that clearly defines the relationship between them and the agency. Although there are contract templates, we can adjust them to suit specific cases as every property transaction has its specifics. Our commission for the buyers is 3% + VAT of the contract value, based on a single resale or off-plan property.

Our service includes full on-the-spot support and representation of your interests, legal and financial advices and viewing trip with English speaking agent. Some additional fees may appear if you whish to take a distant viewing trip. Those fees will cover yours and ours travel expences and are fully refundable if you buy a property with us. If such expences may appear, we will notify you in advance.


• VENDORS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sellers who use our sevices will be obliged to present all legal documentation prior advertising with us. If your legal papers are fully clean, we will arrange a visit to your property, take pictures and description for our promotional materials. At that point you will be asked to sign a Representation contract. Upon your request, we can provide special contracts with exclusivity note. Our commission for the vendors is 2% + VAT of the contract value, based on a single resale or off-plan property.


• OTHER SERVICES

Consulting services, such as property evaluation, representation in project development, advisory in sales/tax strategy are charged depending on the quantity of work. Those services are subject to special contracts that define our relationship with the client.
