NIS d.o.o. is a private limited company registered with the Commercial Court in Split, reg. number 060082740, tax number 89279236945. There are two members of the Management Board, both graduated in economics and with relevant work experience in the real estate.

As of 2006 we are actively involved in property sale along Adriatic coast. Our scope of business is primarily related to the region of Central Dalmatia. As of 2008 we have expanded our activities to other regions in Croatia and Montenegro, for the purpose of which we have established association with other local experienced professionals.

Apart from property sale, NIS d.o.o. also provides consultancy services. Continuous market research gives us an abundance of market knowledge required to provide high level of advisory services. Client oriented approach is our greatest strength. In accordance with professional responsibility and quality of service that must be provided to our clients, the company cooperates with independent attorney at law. This way of conducting business makes us a one-stop-shop for foreign investors looking for reliable agency while buying a property in Croatia or Montenegro.

We are licenced realtors, registered with Croatian Chamber of Economy, registration number 192/09. The company is insured against professional liability with Jadransko osiguranje d.d., policy number 06800016413. We have accepted Code of ethics by Croatian Chamber of Economy and were the member of Association of International Property Professionals in 2008-2009.
